EXTREMELY Helpful! - "I've used abcDB for a couple of years now, and have been very impressed with it. I had a couple of minor problems with Desktop Studio (which may have been my own fault), but thanks to the people at PocketSOFT I was back up and running in no time. I only know them via e-mail, but they have been fantastic, and very patient. I have been MOST impressed with the prompt replies to my queries and would recommend them and their software to anyone who wants to get the most from their PDA. The program is easy and the support is very responsive. - "I was able to use a trial version of the program on my wife's Dell Axim. The support that I received during the trial period was the primary reason I bought a Dell Axim for me. I didn't want a $300 calender and phone book. I needed a PDA that would run my Access file. When I ran into problems with syncing the file, the tech rep helped me more than the Dell tech rep, who was also very helpful and responsive. The abcDB rep was more familiar with Access."
